Back/pelvis is as good as it has been for a long time – definitely not gone away but under control 90% of time so I am staying away from the doctors for now. I am continuing to do the exercises and building the strength on the left hand side glute/front core seems to be helping. I’ll be back if it gets any worse but for now – thank you for the help – I sing your praises daily!
