Today’s post is a very quick one. I just wanted to let you all know about a recent article I wrote for the Kinetic Revolution website. I was asked to write about stress fractures, another common running injury. In this article I explain exactly what stress fractures are, how they develop and how to avoid them! I also give you an incite into how, I personally treat this challenging condition, and importantly my thought processes behind my decision making!
